Raven was from the New Wave of British Heavy Metal and thrash metal pioneers (influence on Metallica), but I didn't know anything about them aside from the fact that I knew there was a band called Raven from the late 70's/early 80's. But now I've added them to my Spotify playlist and I'll be purchasing whatever physical albums I can find!

I love how while being a metal band, they have a raw punk sound as well. I can't believe after twenty five years of listening to metal and punk I never came across these guys before!
